Montgomery College CTF

by Parsons

On 14 October, Nicholas Jackson, Drew Zeiber, and Brett Hite from the Parsons Cyber Intelligence & Operations Sector hosted a custom Capture the Flag (CTF) competition in Montgomery College’s CyberLab. Students, including many members of the Montgomery College Cybersecurity Club, tested their network forensics, cryptography, and hacking skills in a series of increasingly difficult challenges. Following a trophy presentation, Nicholas Jackson walked the students through each of the challenges and answered questions. This is the second time Parsons has hosted an event at Montgomery College, further showcasing Parsons’ continuing commitment to STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education and to building and fostering relationships with local schools.
